If you answered yes to both of those questions then you are fortunate and you don't need our Data Recovery service, you need Data Restoration. Our Data Restoration service is performed remotely and at a reduced fee for our clients that purchased a license from this web site for Acronis True Image Home.

> There are 3 types of Data Recovery:

>> Recovery of accidentally deleted files.

When we're recovering data that has been accidentally deleted, you have a hard drive that is fully operational. You accidentally deleted a file you need and know any part of the file name. Recovering data under these circumstances generally takes less than 1 or 2 hours to complete.

>> Your operating system won't start and you need it to work.

This type of recovery is performed most frequently for computers running Windows®. You got the "Blue Screen of Death" and/or your computer is caught in a start up loop and won't load your desktop. On a newer computer we can generally recover the entire hard drive and get Windows running again in 3 to 4 hours (older computers can take up to 8 hours to recover).

A newer computer by our definition has a Pentium 4 or equivalent processor, has USB 2.0 ports and is equipped with SATA connected hard drives.

An older computer by our definition has a Celeron or slower processor, has USB 1.0 ports and is equipped with IDE or EIDE connected hard drives.

>> Your hard drive has crashed.

First things first, shutdown your computer and do not turn it back on in order to prevent further damage.

This service performs a blanket recovery and there are no guarantees that we can recover any data at all. If we are to access data we'll be recovering current and previously deleted data. This service can take anywhere from 12 to 24 hours to complete and is billed at a rate of $35.00 per hour. We won't "break the bank" though, you'll never be charged for more than 10 hours or $350.00 for this service.

For all of these recovery types it is important that you stop using your computer right away. These services are performed exclusively at our offices.
